No Obligation Meeting

We meet with you to discuss your search criteria so we are able to tailor our service accurately to your needs. We also cover current market conditions in the areas you are interested in and what we believe is achievable for your budget.

Search

After understanding your precise requirements we carry out an extensive search using all sources available to us. This includes personal contacts at Estate Agents, scouring property press and web sites and investigating private sales. We view all the properties first, then create a short list of only the best properties that fit your criteria.

Accompanied Viewings

Once a shortlist is made up of the ideal properties we will pick you up and accompany you on viewings, offering advice and the pros and cons of each property. This may only take a couple of hours of your time to find the right property; however if any of the properties don’t suit, we will keep searching until the perfect property is found.

Negotiation

Once you are happy with the property of your choice, we will discuss the price with you and provide comparable figures for recent sales in the area along with information on the current market. This is where we can really work for you using our negotiating experience to ensure we achieve the best possible price for the property, which could save you $1000’s,

Our Fees

A one off Registration Fee of $1500.00 plus GST (goods & services tax) is payable; this fee covers research, viewings and communications.

Please Note: the initial Registration fee will be deducted from the final fee once we have found the property you are happy with.

Property Purchases

Under $300k we charge 2.25% plus GST of the purchase price

$300k to $600k we charge 2% plus GST of the purchase price

$600k to $1.5m we charge 1.5% plus GST of the purchase price

For Property over $1.5m fee is negotiable

Rentals

Property Management Fees

Member of the

Christchurch area only.

Management Fee is charged on 6% inc gst of rents that are collected.

Inspection Fees

Initial Inspection and the check-in Inspection are completed without additional charge.

Thereafter, in-tenancy Inspections are charged at $30.00inc gst

Bond Inspections are charged at $40.00inc gst
